Meaning of Manglik Dosha:-
The Manglik Dosha is basically the blemish to an adverse placement of the planet Mars in a horoscopic chart. In an individual horoscope such disposition of Mars is labeled as Manglik. The Manglik Dosha is raised when Mars is located in the 1st, the 4th, the 7th, the 8th or the 12th house from the lagna. Towards South India, Kuja-dosha or Mangala Dasha Puja India are carried out (Kuja is termed as another name for Mars) the 2nd house is also added to the above five places. The astrologers have moved one step beyond and extend this rule to not only the Lagna proper but also to the Chandra lagna, to Venus and to the Navamsha Lagna (in desending order of importance). It means that if planet Mars is fpund in any of these positions such as the Lagna proper, the Moon, and Venus as well as the Navamsha lagna, the person is said to be Manglik. The existence of Manglik Dosha is supposed to have Problems during their marriage life.
